Peter Clyne is a retired Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at Leidos. He was appointed to the position following the merger with Lockheed Martin’s IS&GS business. Prior to the Leidos merger, he spent 33 years at Lockheed Martin and its predecessor companies where he held executive positions in finance, strategy, and M&A. As vice president M&A and director of strategy at Lockheed Martin’s IS&GS unit, Clyne led acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments, and joint venture transactions.
