Kison Patel

Kison Patel is the Founder and CEO of M&A Science and Executive Chairman of DealRoom: the operating standard for buy-side M&A execution.

Kison spent over a decade as an M&A advisor before building what the industry was missing. What he kept seeing was structural: M&A is disconnected by design. Confidentiality creates silence. Silence creates silos. Silos create proprietary processes. The result is a market where the sell side runs on standardized playbooks while the buy side still improvises deal after deal, team after team.

Kison built DealRoom and M&A Science to change that. In his role as Executive Chairman of DealRoom, he also works to bring that practitioner standard directly into the software teams use to run acquisitions.
