Mark honed his leadership coaching skills being mentored by Warren Bennis and as a former FBI/police hostage negotiation trainer, corporate conflict resolution specialist, clinical psychiatrist and UCLA professor. He is the author or co-author of nine books including the international best-selling books: Get Out of Your Own Way, Get Out of Your Own Way at Work, "Just Listen," "Real Influence" and Talking to Crazy.
