Robert “Rob” Turano is an Operating Partner at Bloom Equity Partners, focused on value creation for software and technology-enabled businesses. He supports portfolio companies across pre- and post-investment initiatives, with an emphasis on operations, go-to-market strategy, technology, and scalable growth. Prior to Bloom, Rob worked on the Value Creation team at Siris Capital and in Accenture’s Strategy practice, where he focused on M&A, pricing, and growth projects. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Villanova University, double majoring in Finance and Accounting.
