Will Olson is VP of Corporate Development and M&A at Vixxo, a private equity-backed facilities maintenance platform supported by Braemont Capital and WRH. He leads corporate development and deal sourcing for the company, with a focus on M&A-driven growth in tech-enabled facilities maintenance. Before Vixxo, he led corporate development, M&A, and investment activity at Farmer’s Business Network, including acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments, and farmland capital initiatives. Earlier, he worked in private equity transactions advisory at Stax, where he supported M&A advisory, commercial diligence, and value creation projects across sectors including SaaS, telecom, industrials, and CPG.
