Implementing an Actionable GTM Strategy

Implementing a go-to-market strategy is one of the most crucial—and most challenging—parts of integration.

What you’ll learn

  • How to actually sell the acquired product or technology to customers

Who is this course for

This course is for go-to-market leaders, integration managers, and revenue-side professionals who need to own the post-close GTM motion — not just watch from the sidelines. If you're in sales, customer success, or operations and find yourself pulled into an acquisition without a clear playbook, Hannah walks you through how Salesforce structures GTM diligence, coordinates across functions, and executes a post-close strategy that keeps customers and field teams aligned from day one.

Instructor

Hannah Leung
Senior Manager, M&A at Salesforce

Hannah Leung is a Senior Manager of M&A at Salesforce, where she leads go-to-market integration for the company's distribution function. She came to the role through a path that's distinctly operator-driven: having been acquired three times herself, she developed a deep personal interest in understanding how M&A actually works from the inside. After joining Salesforce through the SteelBrick acquisition, she moved through multiple go-to-market functions — services, customer success, and beyond — before landing on the M&A integration team, where she's been ever since. Her perspective is rooted in the field, not the deal room, which gives her a practical lens on what integration success actually looks like for customers and revenue teams.

Which courses are right for me?

It depends on where you are in your M&A journey. If you're building foundational knowledge, start with the M&A Fundamentals Track — five courses covering the full deal lifecycle from sourcing through integration. If you're already running deals and want to build a repeatable, scalable process, explore the Buyer-Led M&A™ Certification. New courses are added regularly as we deepen the curriculum.
