She has led more than $1.75 billion in strategic acquisitions and integrations, helping scale the company from $1.1 billion to $3 billion. Kerry brings a data-driven approach to marketing and strategy, with expertise spanning M&A, business development, and organizational change management. She holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Economics and Communication from UC Santa Barbara.
