Duncan Painter is the Chief Executive Officer of Ascential PLC, a publicly listed information services company focused on digital commerce, where he has led approximately 39 transactions totaling around $750 million over nine years. Prior to Ascential, he founded his own company, grew it to 600 employees, and sold it to Experian for approximately $150 million, then spent seven years in an active M&A role there, bringing his total career capital deployment across M&A to roughly $4.9 billion.
