What you’ll learn
Who is this course for
This course is for corporate development proffessionals and operators who have inherited a subscale business unit that no longer fits the portfolio and need to move it quickly and cleanly. It is also a practical primer for buyers- PE investors and strategics- who want to source and win carve-out assets that most of the market ignores.
