“The problem with M&A is that it’s a sector that hasn’t been disrupted, that it hasn’t changed.” - David Boyd

This episode explores how dealmakers can rethink their integration practices in order to produce more valuable deal outcomes by building stronger and more efficient internal teams, as well as putting a higher emphasis on practitioners with strong project management backgrounds.
