Gina Sandon, Director, Corporate Development, Merger & Acquisitions Synergy, Integration and Transition at IBM (NYSE: IBM)

“It’s (adapting) never about age, it’s all about the mindset." -Gina Sandon

Kison and Gina then move on to talk about how playbooks work when using this model, how COVID-19 has impacted IBM's activity, and how you can drive change. Adapting to change, according to Gina, is more about a mindset rather than an age. By this standard, it's possible for anyone to adopt the Agile mindset and adopt these concepts to improve your M&A process. Finally, the two close out the interview with Gina's advice to practitioners and the craziest thing Gina has seen in M&A.
